On the competitive selection of applicants for study abroad within the framework of academic mobility program in 2020

The Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced the second competition for applicants to study abroad under the academic mobility program (letter to universities No. 16-4/207 dated January 28, 2020).

Applicant documents will be accepted by the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan until February 22, 2020, at the following address: Nur-Sultan, Kabanbay Batyr Ave., 28, Entrance 3, Office 404.

List of documents:

1. Copy of passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. Transcript of current academic performance, certified by the university seal;
3. Document confirming foreign language proficiency:
- Certificate obtained through international foreign language assessment systems (if available);
- Letter of consent from the foreign university to accept a student with the required foreign language proficiency;
- a test result from a Kazakhstani university (not lower than level B2);
4. written consent from the applicant's parents, guardians, or legal representatives to travel abroad, if the applicant is under 18 years of age at the time of departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5. a family composition document confirming the student's large family;
6. a document confirming the student's absence from parents (for students classified as orphans or students left without parental care);
7. a document confirming the student's disability.
