Attraction of foreign top managers

Dear colleagues!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the annual program on the foreign top manager attraction to the higher education institutions administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

The program has been successfully implemented since 2016. Foreign top managers who are ready to bring innovations and become part of the higher education of Kazakhstan annually come from all over the world.

If you are interested and want to share your experience as a top manager in education, please pay attention to the requirements below.

Requirements

• The period of work (in HEIs RK) – not less than 10 month (start period- January)
• Holding PhD degree
• Not less than 5 years of working experience in top HEIs/educational organizations as a top manager (not below faculty head or department head)
• Working experience of strategic planning, institutional development, accreditation procedure management, internationalization of education, educational programs development, and Bologna process implementation
