The Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training seminar for experts of degree programs on the subject of ‘Examination of a passport of degree program for inclusion in the Register of Higher and Postgraduate Education Programs’ on the basis of the M.Narikbayev KAZGUU University, March 29, 2019. 146 experts attended the seminar from 51 universities in all areas of training of higher and postgraduate education.

Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of rendering the state service are carried out through: 1) non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (hereinafter - the State Corporation); 2) the "e-government" web portal (hereinafter - the portal).

To obtain a duplicate of the certificate of recognition of education documents, the following documents shall be submitted: - When applying to the State Corporation: 1) An identity document and (or) in the form of an electronic document through the digital document service (to identify the identity) of the holder or an authorised representative on the basis of a notarised power of attorney;

1) statement; 2) a copy of the legalized or apostilled document on education and its diploma supplement (the original for verification, is subject to return) and the inherently certified translation (if the document is completely in a foreign language) of the document on education and its diploma supplement, including the translation of the seal.
